Shipping Policy
A clear guide to where we deliver, shipping costs and estimated timing.
Delivery area
Free shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Other countries may appear in address selectors, but are not eligible for shipping.
Shipping cost
All orders to eligible delivery addresses receive free standard shipping. No expedited shipping option is offered.
Handling and transit
Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Handling is the time required to prepare an order for dispatch. Transit begins after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Order cutoff and business days
The daily cutoff is 7:00 PM at a fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time) throughout the year; it does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. An order placed before the cutoff on a business day uses that day as its processing start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day as their processing start date.

Please provide an accurate, complete street address and contact information. If you have questions about a shipment or believe a delivery has a problem, contact us with your order details. If a shipping delay affects an order, we will handle it in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
