Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Ordinary returns
For a change-of-mind return, the candle holder must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request authorization.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending the item. The authorized return address is dawwnshype, 61 Clos Du Plan Chevallier, 74700 Sallanches, France. Please note that this address is in France.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error, damage, a defect or an incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost and arrange the return with you. If you change your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to the authorized return address. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available. The unused, original-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent a claim concerning a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item. We will arrange a return at our expense and provide a refund or, with your agreement, a replacement as appropriate.
Refunds
After a refund is approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. The time at which it appears in your account depends on your payment provider. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
